Mr 5-a-day’s good habits
I get up at 7:30 am.
I have a wash and get dressed.
I my breakfast.
After breakfast I clean my teeth, wash my hands and brush my hair.
I going to school – YIPPEE.
I get to school early.
I chocolate but only eat chocolate, biscuits, cakes, ice cream and sweets as a special treat.
I learning, exercise, dancing, swimming and playing outside in the fresh air where I make lots of friends.
I water and drink plenty. I only drink small glasses of juice and milk. I avoid fizzy drinks, artificial sweeteners and too much sugar.
