Not so sporty?

Mr 5-a-day-uk says that not everyone is sporty.

That is ok as we are all different.

He says don’t worry because you are not into sport in a big way.

Just do the best you can do.

IDEAS FOR THOSE WHO AREN’T SPORTY:-


Walk everywhere possible.


Do gentle swimming.


Always walk upstairs instead of taking lifts.


Yoga and Tai Chi – gentle exercise that tones your body and muscles.


Try Table Tennis – a great game.

Make friends and play doubles (not so energetic).


Dancing.


Skipping.


Walking Football.


Singing.
