Your simple plan

I want you to follow a simple plan:-


Eat your 5 a day for 3 months.


 Keep a diary. Write down what you eat every day. Check you have had your 5-a-day.

 Make notes on how you feel and any problems you may have for example – skin, hair, nails, breathing, allergies, behaviour, sleeping        and concentration etc…


 After 3 months compare how you feel from the start.
